In supporting its valued customers Estate Master has implemented the Annual Support and Software Assurance (ASSA) program where subscribers will receive access to technical support assistance, articles in the knowledge base and downloadable case studies.

In addition supported customers will receive upgrades to new versions. For a small annual fee you will never have to worry about having an outdated version of the software.

The Remote Help Desk service will allow an Estate Master Support Consultant to remotely connect to your desktop to provide assistance.
Submit Query The Submit Query online form allows an Estate Master user to send information about a technical support issue to an Estate Master Support Consultant.
