Investment Appraisal Introductory Course - Estate Master

• The Estate Master IA Introductory Course is for participants wishing to utilise the software to the maximum capability for property valuation and/or valuation purposes.

• It covers setting up preferences, inputting tenancy information, loan inputs, investor distributions, outgoings and capital expenditure.

• Participants will be able to interpret the intricate results of the investment cash flow, DCF, capitalisation summary and executive summary.

• Each participant has their own PC to assist them in learning and using the package.
