Review the impact of tenancy exposure to property performance and debt exposure using Estate Master Investment Appraisal (IA). Examine the consolidated cash flow for multiple properties using Estate Master Corporate Consolidation (CC) to review consolidated LVR (Loan Value Ratio's), DSR (Debt Service Ratio's) and cashflow forecasting for various scenarios.
Due Diligence of existing Developments Projects
