What is Estate Master DM?

Estate Master Development Management (DM) is a tool to help you track your development cash flow once the project commences, right through to completion. It will assist in the efficient management of any property development project, allowing the user to manage the project’s costs and revenues, update forecasts with actuals and compare the current budget with other stored budgets.

What can it do?

• Import Estate Master DF feasibilities as your original budget/forecast;

• Import data from accounting systems using customisable account codes;

• Report on budget variances against the original and previous forecasts by overwriting forecast data with actuals;

• Track commitments, accruals, actuals to date and forecast to completion;

• Update forecasts on Profit, NPV, IRR and other key performance indicator;

• Manage the project timeline via the dynamic Gantt chart.
