Development Management Certification Course - Estate Master

• The DM Certification Course is a one day course designed for new to intermediate users who will be using the software to track their developments/projects.

• The course covers all aspects of the Estate Master DM software including set up, input (both manually and by importing from an Estate Master DF file), tracking projects to budgets and forecasts, updating cash flows (both manually and by importing from an accounting system), re-forecasting and updating key financial performance indicators.

• Once participants are familiar with the program, actual project case studies are worked through, facilitated by the trainer

• Whilst not compulsory, it is recommended that the DF Introductory or DF Certification is completed prior to commencing this course

• Each participant has their own PC to assist them in learning and using the software.
