Corporate Consolidation Software Overview
Estate Master Corporate Consolidation (CC) is a robust and scalable program that provides a corporate level view of your entire property development portfolio modelled in Estate Master DF (Development Feasibility), DM (Development Management) and IA (Investment Appraisal) cash flows.
Estate Master CC integrates with the new Estate Master Enterprise Database - a SQL Database freely available to all DF and DM 3.xx+ and IA 2.xx+ users, allowing the user to archive, manage and track virtually an unlimited number of their development and investment cash flow models. Once the data has been exported to the database, Estate Master CC users are able to group development and investment cash flows into pre-defined 'Projects' and 'Portfolios' and generate a selection of financial reports.
Estate Master CC allows the user to overlay new acquisitions analysed in the Estate Master DF against the existing projects currently being managed in Estate Master DM to quickly and easily forecast consolidated company profits and equity requirements.
With a detailed understanding of the current profits being realised from existing projects the new acquisition pipeline can be better managed to sustain profit growth from new acquisitions.
