Estate Master Corporate Consolidation & Reporting (CC) is the key tool in the Estate Master suite. It is a central management tool for archiving, managing, tracking and reporting your entire property development portfolio which has been modeled using the DF, DM, HF and IA products.
It is an integral part of the Estate Master Suite that any user of any Estate Master product should consider implementing, especially those who work with large multi-staged projects, need to manage large development portfolios, or require additional reporting.
What can it do?
Integrates with the Estate Master Enterprise Database - a SQL Database freely available to all DF and DM 3.xx+ and IA 2.xx+ users, allowing the user to archive, manage and track virtually an unlimited number of their development and investment cash flow models;
Group DF DM and IA cash flows into 'Projects' and 'Portfolios' and generate reports based on these - ideal for:
Multi-staged developments.
Managing large development and/or investment portfolios.
Evaluating all active and potential projects.
Analysing funding peaks and surplus cash flow.
Analysing consolidate returns.
Generate Detailed Reports such as Consolidation or Comparison Cash Flows, Summary Reports, Financial Year Budgets and Charts;
Apply debt and equity funding structures to a group of consolidated cash flows;
Forecast consolidated company profits and equity requirements by overlaying new acquisitions analysed in the Estate Master DF against the existing projects currently being managed in Estate Master DM;
Manage the new acquisiton pipeline more effectively by having a detailed understanding of the current profits being realised from existing projects;
Amalgamate and report cash flows in different currencies using customisable currency exchange rates.
