Financial/Valuation Modeller

Due to rapid growth, Estate Master is searching for a talented property professional who has a passion for working in spreadsheets. Their main role will be to help Estate Master meet the growing demand for innovative spreadsheet-based applications such as Development Feasibility and DCF Valuation models.

The ideal candidate would be:

• Tertiary qualified in an appropriate field of Property or Finance.
• A qualified Real Estate Valuer with experience in valuing all types of properties.
• An experienced user of the Estate Master software suite.
• An advanced user of Microsoft Excel and VBA with strong financial modelling skills.

The salary and bonus package is negotiable and commensurate with your experience.
