When purchasing an Estate Master license, an Annual Support and Software Assurance (ASSA) subscription is included for the first year.

- Download case studies created in the Estate Master software as a guide to modelling common cash flow scenarios.
- Download property research reports and access a directory of web links to useful property research tools for assisting in developing your Estate Master cash flows.
- Discounted Training
- Estate Master Training conducts scheduled courses throughout the year. ASSA subscribers are entitled to attend these training courses at a discounted rate.
